Our Process
1. Choose Your Design
Choose the design that feels like you. Explore our semi-custom collections, each designed with a distinct aesthetic, and select one that best reflects your celebration.
2. Submit Your Inquiry
Tell us about your vision and event details. We’ll send you a customized quote with a clear price breakdown based on what you need.
3. Reserve Your Spot
Let’s make it official! Space is limited, so a 25% deposit is required to reserve your spot in our calendar.
4. Make It Yours
Once you’re booked, we’ll send you a customization form. This is where we’ll go over wording, custom colours, and all the fine details!
5. Design Process
You will receive a digital mockup of your suite where you can share your feedback. We will work together to refine all the details and then you will receive a final proof before we move on to printing. Once the final proof is approved, the remaining amount owed is due in order to move on to print production.
6. Print Production
Once you give final approval and your remaining balance is paid, we will order all your materials and begin printing!
